Every week I'm sharing with you details about my experiences, the lessons I’ve learned, the key takeaways from books I’ve read or listened to, the teachings from mentors I’ve had…because I believe you deserve to feel better and have more inner joy. You deserve to cherish every aspect of your life. If something feels off but you don’t know what needs to be fixed or how to fix it, then my hope is that I may have some pearls of wisdom for you. I’ve spent the past 10 years exploring all types of personal development and healing modalities, from the spiritual to the scientific.

Through my own courses and events, I now help others let go of their limitations, the pressures, and the traumas that have accumulated over the years by offering a mixture of the bits and pieces of things I’ve used over time to do that for myself.

So, if you like my voice and are intrigued by my story, and are tired of taking care of business before you take care of yourself, then stick with me and Owl Guide You® (get it?...there's an owl in my logo and I explain why I chose an owl in my podcast trailer episode).

Point being…I am on a mission to help you move from busy to balanced…I want you to stress less, feel healthier, and find your way to lasting inner satisfaction and peace of mind. I can tell you from personal experience, life is so much more fun once you do!

Behind the Scenes

The hat I’m wearing in the podcast photo was my Mom’s. I look pretty good in hats, but my Mom...she could have been a hat model!

— I hope you’re enjoying my podcast ‘from the beyond’ Mom. Love you —

Special thanks to my dear friend, Paul Souyoultzis, who enhanced and mixed the musical track. Little did we know back in College, in the 90s, while my then boyfriend (now husband) and I listened to Paul riff on his guitar, that he’d be helping me decades later give a creative touch to something called a Podcast.
