I know what it’s like to chase success while quietly craving something more.
I grew up watching my parents build an award-winning gourmet pasta business, learning the value of hard work and resilience. But at 19, my world changed in an instant.
My family was celebrating my dad’s 50th birthday with a hot air balloon ride when something went terribly wrong. The pilot shouted, “HOLD ON TIGHT. WE’RE GONNA HIT HARD!” The basket slammed into the ground, and my dad was thrown out, a rope twisting around his ankle. He was dragged the length of a football field. He survived, but was left paralyzed with a broken neck. My mom turned to alcohol to cope.
That crash became more than just a defining moment—it shaped the way I lived. I became a relentless high-achiever, constantly bracing for impact, believing that if I worked hard enough, I could outrun uncertainty. It gave me the illusion of safety and control.
It took years of inner work to realize that true success isn’t about doing more—it’s about leading your life with intention and courage so that you feel more passion, purpose, and peace of mind.
Now, I guide entrepreneurs and leaders to become the Chief Emotional Officers™ of their own lives, so they can finally experience the fulfillment and freedom they’ve been seeking.
