Last week, I shared with you the experience I had during a breathwork session, where I was able to transmute a memory that was holding me back. This reminded me of other healing sessions I've been in, where visual images would appear, carrying significant messages. I intuitively understand these messages as my intuition or higher self communicating with me, providing valuable insights and perspectives to explore. I've noticed this happening in recent years, paying attention to these occurrences and quickly grasping the first thoughts that come to mind about their meaning. I trust that these messages are meant to help me move forward, release what no longer serves me, and improve aspects of my life.

Seeing a testimonial from one of my clients specifically reminded me of a guided meditation I had done a few years ago. The testimonial mentioned how I helped her navigate her own personal storm in life. This instantly brought back memories of the powerful messages and visions that came through that meditation.

In the meditation, I visualized myself standing amidst multiple tornadoes, like the scene in the movie "The Wizard of Oz." I was in a farm setting, with a cow peacefully chewing on the grass beside me while tornadoes swirled around. At one point, I found myself inside a tornado in the calm center known as the eye of the storm.

To me, the messages were clear: I don't need to be caught up in any storms, whether they are external or internal. I have the choice to find peace within the storm by centering myself or by remaining outside of the storm altogether. I have personally experienced this ability to find peace even in the midst of challenging situations, including some difficult times with my family that I have shared in previous episodes. It's a reminder that I can center myself, ground myself, and find peace within, no matter what is happening around me.

Have you ever had an experience where a visual scene, thought, or message suddenly came to mind? If so, I encourage you to pay attention and capture the first impressions that arise. Trust when these messages are coming from your calmer, wiser, and intuitive self, rather than from fear. It's important to discern where the message is coming from and ensure it aligns with your greater good. I like to think of this inner guiding force as an inner compass connected with intuition. However, you can choose whatever terminology feels right for you. And if no visual emerges, that's okay too. People receive messages in different ways, such as through a knowing or a thought. Don't dismiss these messages when they show up, as long as they come from your calmer, wiser self, genuinely supporting your growth and well-being.

Trust in the messages that come from within and allow your inner compass to guide you through life's storms.

“You can't calm the storm, so stop trying. What you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass.”
