Growing up watching her parents build an award-winning gourmet pasta business, Charis learned early the value of hard work and resilience. But at 19, her world changed when a hot air balloon accident left her Dad paralyzed and sent her Mom into alcoholism. Charis became a hyper-achiever, giving her the illusion of safety and control.
